A message from Emmanuel.
Stories fascinate me. It is amazing how quickly a story can turn a friend into a foe, and vice versa. People form opinions about others not because they have witnessed their kindness or cruelty in person, but because of what they have heard or read.
Businesses are subject to this exact same phenomenon. The only key difference is, businesses have the power to set their own story straight. They hold the pen.
I am a storyteller. I know how to make people love me. I know how to build brand loyalty: to make people feel as if they are part of the story, and not just mere characters in a plot they never auditioned for. I am a poet. I shape the tone so that when you speak, the room listens. I am a designer. I speak in color codes and express mood through palettes. I build visual identities that linger long after the first impression.
Because that is what a powerful brand is: a story you heard once and could never forget.
